| I preordered The Host and Breaking Dawn several months ago and instead of paying mutliple shipping costs opted for them to ship The Host with Breaking Dawn...and have been impatiently waiting for August 2nd to get both books... I get an email from Amazon today saying they are shipping The Host and they will ship Breaking Dawn when it becomes available - but they aren't going to charge me for the extra shipment...why couldn't they have made this wonderful gesture months ago instead of making me wait? And why are they going to pay the extra shipping when they could have waited two more days and shipped them both together?  Ignorance is everywhere in my life today... | |

| grrrrr...I just looked at my account and it says it isn't shipping Breaking Dawn until August 6th! I pre-ordered it in April so that I could have it as soon as it was released!
And it says the delivery date for The Host is August 4...of course, it left Cinncinnati this morning at 4:00 am...and that's only 3 hours away and my mail doesn't run until 11 or 12 o'clock...maybe I'll get it today or tomorrow...I'll be finished with it by the time Breaking Dawn gets here.... | |

| well, I would have just gone to walmart or a local bookstore to get it but I was taking advantage of the special pre-order advertised on Stephenie Meyer's web site...I thought that it was guaranteed to be delivered on the release date that way... | |
